Shipping Information

Order Processing: We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)

International Shipping: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your classic American styles. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:

Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, intimate apparel, or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed).

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps for a smooth return process:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
    • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
    • Details of items (product name, size, color)
    • Reason for return/exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Return: Include items in original packaging with the original invoice/packing slip. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Note that your bank may require additional processing time.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is approved, following standard delivery times.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for any customs duties or taxes on return shipments
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
