Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:
    Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Outlet LEE Store Customer Service, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Details of item(s) to be returned/exchanged: – Product Name: – Size: – Color: – Reason for return/exchange: Please advise on next steps. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Information]
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the original invoice or packing slip, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item once the return is approved. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery estimates.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we will arrange for a free return and replacement.

International Returns

For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return shipment
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
